Lenta opens its second supermarket in Kemerovo
St. Petersburg, Russia; 9 June, 2018 – Lenta, (LSE, MOEX: LNTA) one of the largest retail chains in Russia, is pleased to announce the opening of its second supermarket in Kemerovo.
The new store is a Lenta supermarket located in Kemerovo at 39 Khimikov avenue. The store has a total area of 1,137 sq.m with 693 sq.m of selling space. A broad product assortment of 6,500 SKUs has been selected specifically for residents of Kemerovo. The store has 100 parking spaces and 6 cash registers. The property is owned by Lenta.
The store is open from 8 am to 11 pm, seven days a week. Product assortment of the supermarket includes Lenta’s private labels and federal product ranges alongside local produce.
The new opening in Kemerovo is Lenta’s fifteenth supermarket launch in 2018 and brings the total number of Lenta stores to 233 hypermarkets in 84 cities across Russia and 111 supermarkets in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg and the Central region.
