Lenta opens its forty first supermarket in Moscow

St. Petersburg, Russia; 26 December 2017 – Lenta, (LSE, MOEX: LNTA) one of the largest retail chains in Russia, is pleased to announce the opening of its forty first supermarket in Moscow.

The new store is a Lenta supermarket located in Egoryevsk, Moscow Region at 157 Sovetskaya street. The store has a total area of 635 sq.m with 371 sq.m of selling space and is open from 8 am to 11 pm, seven days a week. A broad product assortment of 3,600 SKUs has been selected specifically for residents of Egoryevsk and includes Lenta’s private labels and federal product ranges alongside local produce. The store has 50 parking spaces and 4 cash registers. The property is leased by Lenta.

This opening in Egoryevsk is Lenta’s thirty seventh supermarket opening in 2017 and brings the total number of Lenta stores to 225 hypermarkets in 82 cities across Russia and 85 supermarkets in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg and the Central region.
